Exporting to Word Pictures/graphics do not show after exporting to MS Word (on screen or printed document).
This may be an issue for certain versions of Word. With the word document open;
Word 2002 - Go to Edit/Links in the Word doc. Select all graphics in the list and Break Link button (on the right). Word 2007 - Go to File/Info tab. Under 'Related documents' on right side of the screen click 'Edit links to files'. Select all the images and click Break Link. Word 2010 - Go to File/Info tab. Under 'Related documents' on right side of the screen click 'Edit links to files'. Select all the images and click Break Link. Strange characters and question marks appear instead of accented characters in MS Word when a new document is exported
If you are seeing characters like Â, ’ or other strange Latin letters where spaces and punctuation should be, check your version of Word (Help/About) then:
