Exampro Offline is licensed to a purchasing organisation for installation on any of its computers and staff's home computers.

To access Exampro online products, unless you are accessing free products, an annual licence must be purchased. A Exampro licence enables three users one year's unlimited online access to all content contained within licensed products. After one year your licence will automatically expire and you will not be able to access our site unless your licence is renewed. You will need the FREE Adobe Flash Player 10 installed to access Exampro Online. Click here to install.

You are prohibited from reproducing, duplicating, copying or re-selling any part of our site. See our copyright statement.

When you subscribe you may be provided with, a user identification code, password or some other piece of information as part of our security procedures; you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We will not be liable for any breaches in security caused by the misuse of such confidential information. Should you suspect a breach in security please inform us.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

We have the right to deny, prohibit or revoke your access at any time if, in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use or for any other reason.

A Exampro licence enables users to access AQA questions, mark schemes and examiner comments. We ask that you take care that the content which is owned by AQA and Exampro technology is not used by anyone without the appropriate licence.

The policy below applies to materials generated through Exampro online:

• All materials generated through Exampro online can only be reproduced for teaching purposes by users who are covered by the institutional licence.
• The materials produced through Exampro online may be shared between licence holding institutions only.
• Institutions may not reproduce Exampro content for the purpose of selling the materials to students or any third party.
• Permission to make AQA materials available online must be obtained in writing from Doublestruck, creators of Exampro. However, you are free to publish the materials on your institution's intranet site or VLE for use solely by the institution in possession of a Exampro licence.

Conditions of Order

All orders placed are subject to the following Conditions of Order:

• The Exampro Online package(s) provide you with an annual school licence which will automatically expire 365 days from activation.
• When you place an order, you are required to provide a valid email address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order.
• Once an order is confirmed and licences are activated you can not change or cancel the subjects you have subscribed to for 365 days.
• A purchase order or school reference number may be required to complete your order and activate your annual licence.
• Prices may be subject to change and we reserve the right to change prices without notice.
• Our payment terms are 30 days. Delayed or non-payment of invoices will result in suspension of your annual licence and access to Exampro Online will be prohibited.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice.
